The mansion which was being built required to have an enhanced façade design. After exploring and observing the current trend, client wanted to have a very minimal contemporary Design for their house situated in a high-class residential locality. Grey sandstone & wood cladding adopted for the main north-east double height façade along with exposed concrete finish to complement the huge windows with black anodized aluminum frames. Metal framed wooden pergola with glass roof gives an enhanced protection to the teakwood main door. The stairwell openings taken care by metal louvres, while the windows treated with sleek stone shading in cuboidal form. Glass railing fitting into the style has been proposed.
Outdoor dining lawn further enhanced with wooden reapers as a boundary creating a sense of privacy amidst the existing trees on the road
Complete material pallet and design language of the Façade treatment follows the contemporary panache.
